§ 90.08 DOCK REPAIR.

All docks, shore stations, boat cradles, and rafts shall be kept in good repair. GOOD REPAIR means free from defects which might cause a hazard to persons or watercraft and free from defects which may result in interference with navigation of watercraft in lakes.
