Subject to the obligations of the Township set forth in the Contract and the Wastewater Treatment Agreement, the Township specifically reserves the right to amend this chapter in whole or in part, at one or more times hereafter, or to repeal the same, and by such amendment to repeal, abandon, increase, decrease, or otherwise modify any of the Sewer Rates and Charges herein provided.
