All ordinances or parts of ordinances other than the Sister Lakes Area Sanitary Sewage Disposal System (Ord. 01-03) in conflict herewith and relating to the Public Sewer System are hereby repealed. In the event of a conflict between the terms of this chapter and the Sister Lakes Area Sanitary Sewage Disposal System (Ord. 01-03), the provisions of the Sister Lakes Area Sanitary Sewage Disposal System (Ord. 01-03) shall control. In the event of a conflict between the provisions of this chapter and the Wastewater Treatment Agreement, the provisions of the Wastewater Treatment Agreement shall control.
