§ 50.155 REMEDIES ARE CUMULATIVE.

In addition to the remedies provided in this chapter, the Township shall have for violations of this chapter, the remedies set forth in the Sister Lakes Area Sanitary Sewage Disposal System. The remedies provided by this chapter shall be deemed to be cumulative and not mutually exclusive with any other remedies available to the Township.
