(A) In accordance with the Operation and Maintenance Agreement, the City shall bill and collect the User Charges on a monthly basis. The City shall mail each User a bill on or before the first day of the first month in the billing period. The bill shall separately itemize the Sewer Rates and Charges.
(B) Payment of the bill which is rendered by the City is due and payable on or before day 20 of the month. Payment of said bill shall be made at a location designated by the City and acceptable to the Authority.
