All owners of Structures in which Sanitary Sewage Originates, now situated or hereafter constructed within the Special Assessment District or the M-51 Interceptor Service District, are hereby required at their expense to install suitable plumbing fixtures and connect such facilities directly with the Available Public Sanitary Sewer System in accordance with the provisions of this chapter. The Township may require any such owners, pursuant to the authority conferred upon the Township by law or ordinance, to make such installations or connections which must have the approval (during and after construction) of the Township Inspector.
