§ 152.15 APPEALS TO CIRCUIT COURT.

   Any person aggrieved by the action of the Township Board in modifying, changing, affirming, or setting aside a determination of the Building Inspector, as provided in § 152.13, may seek Circuit Court review thereof within 60 days following the Township Board’s order modifying, changing, affirming, or setting aside the determination of the Building Inspector.
