In the event the Township Board affirms the decision of the Building Inspector, the Township Board shall set a reasonable period for correction to the premises to be made, allowing at least 60 days but not to exceed a period of 90 days, and upon correction of the defects not being performed to Township Building Code standards shall proceed with demolition or removal pursuant to § 152.19 without further notice to the owner and/or occupant.
