The Township Board, when satisfied by the report of the Building Inspector and such supplemental investigation as it deemed necessary has been completed, proceedings under this subchapter shall be commenced in the discretion of the Board by directing the Clerk to have a notice of hearing served on the owner and/or occupants of said building or structure which is in violation of the subchapter.
