§ 152.04  EFFECT OF BUILDING PERMIT.
   If a building permit is issued for reconstruction or repair of a building or structure having one or more of the defects specified in § 152.03, proceedings under this subchapter shall not be commenced and if commenced shall be suspended providing work proceeds as specified in accordance with conditions contained in said building permit.
