§ 150.21  PARK LOCATION.
   The mobile home park shall be so located so as to have access to a public thoroughfare or be connected to a public thoroughfare by a permanent easement, as required under R 125.1920 of the Michigan Administrative Code, Rule 920(1)(b) of the Mobile Home Commission Rules, as amended.
