Any person desiring a lot line adjustment between two or more existing parcels, where the land taken from one parcel is added to an adjacent parcel, and where a greater number of parcels than originally existed is not thereby created, shall file an application for a lot line adjustment with the department of planning and community development, accompanied by such information, as the department may require, and by a fee as established by resolution. The application shall be accompanied by a plot plan, eight-and-a-half inches by fourteen inches in size, and in a form prescribed by the director of planning and community development, the signature of the owner(s) of the property involved, a title report for the owner(s), and a legal description of the proposed lot line adjustment subject to the review of the city engineer.
