15.36.010   Uniform Swimming Pool, Spa and Hot Tub Code adopted.
   A.   Except as provided in this chapter, that certain swimming pool code known and designated as the 2021 International Swimming Pool and Spa Code shall be and become the swimming pool code of the city, regulating erection, installation, alteration, repair, replacement, maintenance or use of swimming pools, spas and hot tubs within the city.
   B. One copy of the International Swimming Pool and Spa Code shall be at all times maintained by the city for use and examination by the public.
