A. Except as provided in this chapter, those certain building codes known and designated as the 2022 Cal Green Building Standards Code (Cal Green) (Part 11, Title 24, California Code of Regulations), based on the 2021 International Green Standards Code shall be and become the green building code of the city for regulating the erection, construction, enlargement, alteration, repair, moving, removal, demolition, conversion, occupancy, equipment, use, height, area and maintenance of all buildings and/or structures in the city.
B. One copy of the Cal Green Building Standards Code and its appendices has been deposited in the office of the City Clerk and shall be at all times maintained by the Clerk for use and examination by the public.
