13.06.010   Adoption of county code--Copies on file.
   Except as hereinafter provided, Division 2 of Title 20 of the Los Angles County Code, as adopted, amended and in effect on July 27, 1989, is hereby adopted as the Sanitary Sewer and Industrial Waste Code of the city of Signal Hill. Three copies of Division 2 of Title 20 of the Los Angeles County Code have been deposited in the office of the city clerk and they shall be at all times maintained by the clerk for use and examination by the public.
