   The order of business at all formal meetings of the planning commission, except as otherwise ordered by the commission, shall be as follows:

   A.   Call to order;

   B.   Roll call;

   C.   Approval of minutes;

   D.   Presentation of awards;

   E.   Public hearings;

   F.   Action items;

   G.   Information items;

   H.   New business;

   I.   Unfinished business;

   J.   Public business from the floor;

   K.   Study items;

   L.   Adjournment.
