For the purposes of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
ACCOUNT. Any city service that generates a receivable and is collected from a customer.
COLLECTION FEES. City and collection agency fees, which may include but not limited to, penalty, interest, postage and filing fees.
CUSTOMER. A person, recipient or entity the city provides goods and/or services to.
DELINQUENT. An account that is past due.
