A. Chapter 12 of the City Code and Ordinance Number 91 and all amendments thereto, are hereby repealed. All rights or remedies of the City are expressly saved as to any and all violations of Code Number 91 and all amendments thereto. As to violations that have accrued at the time of the effective date of this Code, the court shall have all the powers that existed prior to the effective date of this Code. All existing violations of Ordinance 91 and all amendments thereto, which may otherwise become non- conforming uses under this Code, shall be considered as violations of this Code in the same manner that they were violations of Ordinance Number 91.
B. All other ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict with this Code, to the extent of such conflict and no further, are hereby repealed.
