§ 39.56 USE OF CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION.
   (A)   For confidential information to be protected, respondents must clearly designate, in writing, any trade secrets or other proprietary information, using the term "confidential" within the quote, bid, or proposal responses, and the city must agree to keep such information protected, in accordance with Arizona State Law.
   (B)   It shall be a breach of ethical standards for any employee or former employee knowingly to use confidential information for actual or anticipated personal gain, or for the actual or anticipated personal gain of any other person.
