§ 116.02 APPLICATION FOR LICENSE.

All applications submitted for the operation of a nonprofit medical marijuana dispensary license shall be accompanied by copies of the State of Arizona Dispensary Registration Certificate and Dispensary Agent Registry Identification Cards for all agents.
