§ 96.04 AUTHORITY TO ENFORCE VIOLATIONS OF THIS CHAPTER; MEANS OF ENFORCEMENT.
   (A)   The city police or neighborhood officer may issue citations to enforce violations of this chapter.
   (B)   Any person authorized pursuant to this section to issue a citation may also issue a notice of violation specifying actions to be taken and the time in which they are to be taken to avoid issuance of the citation. Nothing contained herein shall prohibit the police from issuing a warning in an appropriate situation as the police may determine.
