§ 52.01 PURPOSE AND RESPONSIBILITY.
   The purpose of this Chapter is to protect the health, safety, and welfare of the City of Sierra Vista by establishing regulations governing solid waste management services. It shall be the responsibility of every person, owner, tenant, or occupant of all premises within the City limits, hereinafter referred to as the customer, to properly control and dispose of all solid waste produced or occurring in or upon any and all premises owned, leased, or occupied by or for them in the manner provided herein. It shall be the duty of the City staff to provide for and enforce the provisions herein.
