§ 95.99 PENALTY.

Nothing in this chapter prevents or excludes other authorities, EPA or ADEQ from imposing fines for violating any provisions of this chapter, 49 A.R.S. Ch. 2, or 40 C.F.R. - Protection of Environment, Park 122 - EPA Administered Permit Programs: The National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System.
