§ 95.17 EMERGENCY ABATEMENT.

If a situation presents an imminent hazard to life or public safety, the city may issue a notice to abate directing the person to take appropriate action to correct or abate the emergency. In addition, the city may act to correct or abate the emergency. The city's inability to locate the person shall, in no way, affect the city's right to correct or abate the emergency.
