§ 95.12 SEPARATE VIOLATIONS.

(A) Any violations to this chapter will be considered separate violations to any other city violations, currently or concurrently, being investigated or for which a citation is being issued by any entity.

(B) Each day any violation of this chapter shall constitute separate offenses.
