§ 95.10 CONTAINMENT OF ILLICIT DISCHARGES AND NOTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS.
   (A)   As soon as a person has any knowledge of pollutants entering the MS4, the person shall promptly take all necessary steps to immediately contain the spill. Once the spill is contained, the person can then research the source, the nature of the pollutant, the extent of the spill, and identify how to cleanup the discharge.
   (B)   The owner or operator shall notify the city of the discharge in both of the following manners:
      (1)   By telephone as soon as practical.
      (2)   By written report, submitted within one business day following the event, identifying the discharge source, extent, pollutant, abatement process, and what measures shall be taken to prevent or mitigate another illegal discharge.
   (C)   If the discharge contains hazardous material, the persons shall immediately call 9-1-1.
