§ 95.07 OPERATING FACILITIES OR ACTIVITIES.
   (A)   Facilities and activities that require federal and/or ADEQ NPDES or AZPDES stormwater permits are identified in 40 C.F.R. § 122.26(b)(14).
   (B)   All persons engaged in controlling facilities or activities that will or may reasonably be expected to result in illicit discharge and pollutants entering the MS4 shall mitigate the hazards.
   (C)   All persons illegally discharging substances or pollutants into the MS4 that cause the city to violate their AZPDES stormwater permit shall assume liability and be responsible for any fines issued to the city.
