§ 95.06 VIOLATIONS DEEMED A PUBLIC NUISANCE.
   Any violations of this chapter will be deemed as a public nuisance and violations will be pursued subject to the procedures and penalties set forth in City Code Chapter 91: Public Nuisances and Property Maintenance.
