All new residential and non-residential development within the City of Sierra Vista shall be subject to the payment of a fire/EMS development fee payable at the time of building permit issuance by the city, pursuant to the terms and condition of this chapter and in the amount as set forth in this chapter. The fire/EMS development fee shall be established by separate resolution of the City Council.
