(a) The 2018 editions of the International Building Code, International Existing Building Code, International Residential Code, International Mechanical Code, International Plumbing Code, International Fuel Gas Code, and the International Swimming Pool and Spa Code, all as amended by Resolution 2023-043 are hereby adopted by this reference and made a part as if fully set forth in this code as being the minimum code of the city.
(b) The 2012 edition of the International Energy Conservation Code for commercial development as amended by Resolution 2023-043, is hereby adopted by this reference and made a part as if fully set forth in this code as being the minimum code of the City.
(c) Chapter 4 of the 2006 edition of the International Energy Conservation Code and Chapter 11 of the 2006 edition of the International Residential Code as amended by Resolution 2023-043 is hereby adopted and substituted for Chapter 11 of the 2018 International Residential Code by this reference and made a part as if fully set forth in this code as being the minimum code of the City.
(d) The 2017 edition of the National Electrical Code as amended by Resolution 2023-043 is hereby adopted by reference and made a part hereof as if fully set forth in this code as being the minimum code of the City.
(e) ANSI A117.1 (2009), Standard for Accessible and Usable Buildings and Facilities, is hereby adopted by this reference and made a part as if fully set forth in this code as being the minimum code of the City.
