A person who violates § 131.02 of this chapter is an incorrigible child and shall be subject to the following penalties:
(A) For an offense involving an unloaded firearm, a fine of not more than $250 and the court may order the suspension or revocation of the person's driver's license.
(B) For an offense involving a loaded firearm, a fine of not more than $500 and the court may order the suspension or revocation of the person's driver's license.
