§ 115.01 LICENSE FEE SCHEDULE.

Notwithstanding any of the provisions of this title, the licensee of the State Department of Liquor Licenses and Control authorized to deal in spirituous liquor within the city shall pay a license fee in addition to the amounts provided in § 110.02 of this chapter, in the following amounts:

Initial Liquor License Application Fee:

Series 01 -14: $250.00

Series 15 -17: $ 25.00

Annual Liquor License Fees:

Series 01-14: $ 50.00
