§ 110.36 RIGHT OF ENTRY; ARREST AUTHORITY.
   The City Clerk or license inspectors or police officers shall have and exercise the power to enter free of charge, during normal business hours, any place of trade, business, game or amusement, calling, profession, or occupation for which a license is required by this chapter, and to demand the exhibition of his or her license for the current term from any person engaged or employed in the transaction of the trade, business, game or amusement, calling, profession, or occupation. Denial of right of entry by the licensee or his or her agents or employees shall be a misdemeanor.
