§ 110.23 FAILURE TO OBTAIN LICENSE DOES NOT EXCUSE NONPAYMENT OF FEE.
   The conviction and punishment of any person for transacting any trade, business, game or amusement, calling, profession, or occupation without a license shall not excuse or exempt the person from the payment of any license fee due or unpaid at the time of the conviction.
