§ 70.02 ENFORCEMENT; ISSUANCE OF COMPLAINTS.

It shall be the duty of the police department to enforce all traffic ordinances of this city and all of the state vehicle laws, to make arrests or issue citations for traffic violations or infractions, and to investigate traffic accidents.
