§ 43.04 COMPENSATION OF COURT-APPOINTED ATTORNEYS.
   Payment to attorneys appointed by the Magistrate to represent indigent criminal defendants shall be as follows: $85 per hour not to exceed four hours for each case plea-agreed; not to exceed ten hours for each case tried by the Magistrate in court; not to exceed 15 hours for each case tried with a jury in court. Any attorney cannot exceed these stated hours unless prior written approval is given by the Magistrate.
