§ 42.01 EMERGENCY SERVICES ORGANIZATION.
   The Emergency Services Organization shall consist of the officers and employees of the city designated in the Emergency Operations Plan as well as all volunteers. The functions and duties of the organization shall be distributed between the departments and services of the city as prescribed in the Emergency Operations Plan.
