(A) A registrant shall notify the city within ninety (90) days after abandonment of a wireless facility owned by the registrant in a public right-of-way.
(B) The registrant shall remove the abandoned facility at the registrant’s sole expense within one hundred eighty (180) days of abandonment unless the city grants in writing, at its sole discretion, permission for the abandoned facility to remain in the right-of-way. For good cause, the registrant may request an extension, in writing, of this time frame.
(C) If the registrant fails to remove all or any portion of an abandoned facility within this time frame or obtain written permission for an extension, the city may perform such removal and charge the cost of the removal against the registrant.
