§ 36.001 ESTABLISHMENT.
   (A)   A Planning and Zoning Commission is hereby established in accordance with state law.
   (B)   The Commission operates in close coordination with its sponsor, the City Planning Agency (Department of Community Development). The City Planning Agency provides administrative support for Commission business.
