ORDINANCE NO. A-3105

   AN ORDINANCE ENACTING AND ADOPTING

   A SUPPLEMENT TO THE CODE OF ORDINANCES

   FOR THE CITY OF SIDNEY, OHIO

   WHEREAS, American Legal Publishing Corporation of Cincinnati, Ohio, has completed its supplement to the Code of Ordinances of the City of Sidney, which supplement contains all ordinances of a general and permanent nature enacted since the prior supplement to the Code of Ordinances of the City of Sidney; and

   WHEREAS, American Legal Publishing Corporation has recommended the revision or addition of certain sections of the Code of Ordinances which are based on or make reference to sections of the Ohio Revised Code; and

   WHEREAS, it is the intent of this Council to accept these updated sections in accordance with the changes of the law of the State of Ohio.

   NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SIDNEY, OHIO:

   SECTION 1. That the recent supplement to the Code of Ordinances of the City of Sidney as submitted by American Legal Publishing Corporation of Cincinnati, Ohio, and on file with the Clerk, be, and the same is hereby adopted by reference as if set out in its entirety.

   SECTION 2. That such supplement shall be deemed published as of the day of its adoption and approval by the City of Sidney, and the Clerk of the City of Sidney is hereby authorized and ordered to insert such supplement into the copy of the Code of Ordinances.

   SECTION 3. That it is found and determined that all formal actions of this Council concerning and relating to the adoption of this legislation were adopted in an open meeting of this Council; and, that all deliberations of this Council and any of its committees that resulted in such formal action, were in meetings open to the public, in compliance with all legal requirements, including Revised Code Section 121.22.

   SECTION 4. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the earliest period allowed by law.
