Each demolition of a vacant building will be in accordance with Chapter 1327 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Sidney. Vacant property registration fees shall be waived only if the owner/ owner agent of a vacant building is issued a permit of demolition within thirty consecutive days of the date of the vacant property registration notice.
