Whoever violates any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be fined one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00), or such other maximum amount as then provided by applicable Ohio law for a minor misdemeanor violation. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
