Any house mover, or person so licensed, who shall move or cause to be moved any house or other building within the City, without first having secured a permit therefor shall, upon proof thereof, be deprived of his or her license. Such license shall not be re-issued to such person for a period of six months, and such penalty may be imposed for each separate offense.
