Within a period of thirty days after being duly notified by the Code Official, the owner shall take the following steps to rectify casualty damages:
(a) Contract for the repair and restoration of damage areas and removal of debris; and/or
(b) Contract for the demolition and removal of any part of the premises not to be repaired and restored and for the removal of debris in connection therewith.
(c) Complete the repair and restoration or demolition and removal within one year of the Code Official's notice.
