1313.07 FOUNDATIONS.

All foundations shall be structurally sound and maintained so as to prevent the stagnation of water within the space enclosed by such foundation. Further, said foundations shall be free of all holes and cracks which admit rodents to the interior of the building or significantly lessen the capability of the foundation to support the building.
