1312.02 APPLICATION OF CODE.

   The provisions of this Downtown Design and Maintenance Code shall apply to all private and public properties in the Downtown Design Improvement Area within the City of Sidney, bounded by the centerlines of the rights of way of the following thoroughfares:

   (a)   On the north, by North Street;

   (b)   On the east, by Miami Avenue;

   (c)   On the west, by West Avenue; and

   (d)   On the south, by South Street.
