If the Building Inspector denies a contractors application for registration or suspends or revokes a contractors registration certificate, or denies renewal of a registration certificate, the contractor shall have the right to appeal to the Board of Building Code Appeals. The contractor shall submit a notice of appeal to the Board of Building Code Appeals within 30 days of the receipt of the decision of the Building Inspector. The procedures set forth in Chapter 1311 shall be applicable to the appeal.
