1307.04 REGISTRATION REQUIRED.

(a) All contractors shall register with the Building Inspector prior to performing any work within the City. No contractor shall perform any work within the City without possessing a valid registration from the Building Inspector.

(b) No person shall allow a contractor who has failed to register with the Building Inspector to perform any work on their property within the City.
