1303.01 CITY MANAGER AS CHIEF ENFORCEMENT OFFICER.

The City Manager, under provisions of the Charter, is responsible for the administration and enforcement of the Building Code. He or she may employ such inspectors as are necessary to insure proper supervision of building.
