1301.09 MORE RESTRICTIVE PROVISIONS TO CONTROL.

It is not the intent of this Building Code to modify the restrictions of any zoning ordinance or law, or any other ordinance or law relating to the use of land. Such zoning restrictions or other law or ordinance shall control, except where the provisions of this Building Code are more restrictive, in which case the provisions of this Building Code shall control.
